Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday.
Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared, packaged, and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 5–7 business days (U.S. domestic shipping).
The overall time from placing your order to delivery is generally 8–12 business days.

Shipping Fee
We only offer standard shipping for all orders.
A flat rate of $4.95 applies to each domestic order.
Taxes
Sales tax may be added to your order depending on state and local regulations.
Any applicable tax will be shown at checkout before you complete payment.
Duties & Customs
Since we only ship to addresses within the U.S, most orders will not incur additional import duties or customs fees. If any local authority applies extra taxes or charges, these will be the responsibility of the recipient.
✏️ ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 24Â hours of placing your order.
After 24 hours, the order will enter fulfillment and cannot be changed or canceled.
To request a change/a cancellation, please email [email protected] with your order number and the requested changes.
🔎 ORDER TRACKING & DELIVERY ISSUES
1. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation after a reasonable time, please contact us so we can resend it.
2. Unexpected Delays
Even when shipped on time, packages may be delayed by factors outside our control (weather, high volume at carriers, operational issues, etc.).
If you notice that your order is not moving or appears delayed, feel free to email us at [email protected] and we will assist you in checking with the carrier.
3. Orders Lost in Transit
If a package is confirmed lost in transit by the carrier: we will offer either a replacement shipment (subject to stock availability) or a full refund, at no additional cost to you.
4. “Delivered” but Not Received
If tracking shows your package as “Delivered” but you did not receive it:
Please first:
_ Check around your property and with neighbors or building staff.
_ Contact the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) with your tracking number for more detail.
If you still cannot locate the package after checking with the carrier, please email us at [email protected] and we will review the situation and do our best to assist.
📍 ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
Colebe is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to:
_ Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
_ Customer-requested forwarding or redirection via the carrier after shipment
If you notice an error in your address shortly after placing your order, please contact us as quickly as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we may still be able to update it.
📦 LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived within 14 days from the shipping date:

with your order number and tracking information.
_ We will help investigate with the carrier and work with you on an appropriate solution (such as a replacement or refund, depending on the outcome of the investigation).
