Returns & Refunds Policy

Ordering:
For any changes to the shipping address or variations of the item (including size and color), please email us at [email protected] within 12 hours of placing your order. Our customer support team will assist you in correcting the order. If you realize that you have made an incorrect order and wish to cancel it, please notify us within 12 hours from the time of purchase.
Return and Refund Policy:
Our store offers a 10 days return and refund policy from the date of receipt of the merchandise. Please note that any requests made after this timeframe will not be considered.
Conditions of the Return/Refund Policy:
To qualify for an exchange or refund, the following conditions must be met:
• Products must be purchased directly from our store and accompanied by transaction invoices or shipping labels, along with proof images.
• The return/refund policy applies exclusively to products with incorrect models, damages, or technical errors.
• All items must be returned in their original, unused, undamaged condition, and in the original packaging, including packaging materials, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories (if applicable).
We will not entertain replacement/refund requests in the following scenarios:
• Change of mind.
• Used products.
• Missing accompanying accessories.
• Correct size/color as per the original order.
• Products received as gifts.
Please note: All replacement /refund requests require approval from a store representative.
Refund Rejection Conditions:
While we strive to ensure customer satisfaction, returns/refunds will not be accepted in the following situations:
• Exact item(s) with correct size and style have been sent.
• Failure to comply with our return instructions and provide necessary information.
• Products received as complimentary gifts with the purchase.
Refund/Return Instructions:
Upon receiving your package, please send a return/refund request to our customer support email at [email protected] within 7 days from the date of receipt.
The email should include the shipping label, photos, or videos as evidence of the incorrect/damaged/defective item. Please note that we will not accept cases where the customer returns the item without our guidance and approval. If an agreement is reached, the return package will be shipped through a recommended shipping agency (such as USPS or UPS for US customers) with a tracking number. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. We will not be liable for any lost or damaged packages during the return shipping process. Once we receive the package and verify that it meets all the aforementioned conditions, we will initiate a refund to your account within the next 3-5 business days.
Please be advised that shipping fees are non-refundable.
