🚚 ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME
Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Saturday.
Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be prepared, packaged, and handed over to the shipping carrier.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, packages typically arrive within 5–7 business days (U.S. domestic shipping).
Shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, carrier capacity, holidays, or peak seasons.
Shipping Fee
A flat rate of $4.95 applies to all domestic orders.
International shipping is currently not supported.
✏️ ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
After 12 hours, the order will enter fulfillment and cannot be changed or canceled.

🔎 ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a tracking number.
Please allow 7–10 days for the tracking number to be updated in the carrier’s system (e.g., USPS).
If your tracking information is unavailable, the package may still be in transit to the shipping facility. Tracking updates will appear once scanned.

📦 LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

Lost in transit: We’ll offer a full refund or replacement item at no cost.
Delayed beyond 14 days: Contact us and we’ll assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
