Shipping Policy

ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
We process orders from Monday to Saturday. Once your order is placed, it will take 1-2 business days for the order to be packaged and picked up by the shipping carrier. After that, it will take 5-7 business days for your package to arrive at your delivery location.
*Please kindly note that if you wish to request any changes for your order, please contact us within 12 hours of your order being placed.
Shipping fee: $4.95 for all orders

Colebe does not take responsibility for any taxes applied to your order.
Delays in delivery time
Due to occasional circumstances such as weather conditions, and holidays, some customers may experience a slight delay in delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your package leaves the warehouse, we will update you with the shipping confirmation including the tracking number. Please allow 7-10 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If you have not received a Shipment Confirmation email, please contact us and we will resend the email.
If you attempt to track your package and there is no information available, it means that your package has not arrived at the USPS facility yet. When the package is scanned into their system, tracking events will populate on the tracking page.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
Make sure you double-check your address before submitting your order.
In case you contact the logistics company after the order has left our warehouse and ask them to forward or redirect your package, we are not responsible if that package gets lost, stolen, or damaged.
ORDER LOST IN TRANSIT
In case your package is lost in transit, we are more than happy to offer you a full refund or a replacement.
