ORDER CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES
Cancellation / Change Window
You may request to cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it.
After 24 hours, your order will usually enter processing and may no longer be changed or canceled. In that case, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for next steps.
Note: Even for orders placed on weekends or holidays, the 24-hour modification window applies from the time of purchase to ensure our shipping timelines are met.
Refunds for Cancelled Orders: If your cancellation request is received within the 24-hour window and approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method immediately. We’ll process the refund within 3–5 business days. Once the refund is issued, your bank or card provider may require an additional 3–5 business days to issue the funds back to your account.
