B. OUR RESPONSE PROCESS
Upon receiving a valid and complete notice, Colebe will review the claim and may remove or disable access to the reported content. We reserve the right to take further action against repeat infringers in accordance with applicable laws.

C. COUNTER-NOTICE PROCESS
If you believe your content was removed or disabled by mistake (e.g., due to misidentification), you may submit a counter-notice containing:
1. Identification of the removed content and its previous location (URL).
2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.
3. Your full contact information (name, address, phone, and email).
4. A statement of consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate U.S. federal court for your address.
5. Your electronic or physical signature.

In accordance with the DMCA process, restored content may appear within 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a legal action.

D. IMPORTANT NOTE
